I cannot begin to describe how wholesome the Cambridge experience has been for me. Blinded by constricted views on law and the superficial understanding of things, my LLM fostered within me a sense of humility which I carry with me in life. The humility to accept that I will never know all that is to know, but can only aspire to know a semblance of what the world does understand, is my biggest takeaway from this intellectual paradise. The high quality of discussion transgressed the boundaries of the classroom and permeated the local coffee shops and restaurants. People here are determined to push you to reach your academic potential even when you are reluctant to wish so for yourself. I am indebted to the generosity of the Trust for allowing me membership of that community, and for permitting me the opportunity to inherit such a rich legacy in my individual quest for academic greatness.
