Professor Borysiewicz was instrumental in getting the Prathiba M. Singh scholarship established during his tenure. His leadership and presence at the scholarship events over the years fostered the growth of the scholarship and also encouraged students in India to apply to the University of Cambridge. In his own words at one of the scholarship events, Professor Borysiewicz mentioned “At Cambridge, you are always following in the footsteps of other great thinkers in your field.”
